#17 ‘Perspectives’

Again I’ve taken liberties with the Poefusion prompt, ‘The window had other views’.

Perspectives

Reading poems is like looking through a window

where the view is infinitely changeable.

Some days the window is like a crystal chandelier,

on others like a car windscreen on a cold morning

until the demister kicks in.

The window is also be like a hall of mirrors.

Love how you compared the window to writing. How beautiful our writing can be some days and others we have to wonder where it came from. Beautiful effort. Thanks for giving this prompt a try. Have a nice day.

i am forever amazed at the way some people interpret my poetry… i wonder what kind of a genius i would be,, if i had the insight in writing them,, as some have in their interpretation……
